Technology & Inks:
We only use top of the line equipment; we currently run Kornit Avalanche HD6 and the brand new Atlas machines. We have built proprietary software and technology that runs throughout our operation. It is the secret sauce that makes our equipment and operational teams run at optimal efficiency. Our entire process is eco-friendly; inks are water based, bio-degradable and non-toxic; our production is fully automated and paperless. We use the newest inks and presprays and there is absolutely no odor.
Quality control:
The difference is in the details. Every garment is meticulously R&Dd for best print and color results. Checkpoints throughout the process ensure your garments are picked, printed, packed and shipped correctly. Ongoing software and system advances help us to stay ahead of the curve.
Packaging:
All garments are professionally folded and carefully inserted into collections self sealing poly mailers with UV protective coating inside. Large orders are packaged in a corrugated box.
Size:
Measurements are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. Chest measurement is taken 1 inch below sleeve. Length is measured from the highest point on the shoulder to the bottom hem. See product images for visual size and color charts.
Care instructions
Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F); Non-chlorines: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: medium; dont iron; Do not dry clean.
Unlike most custom printed shirt shops, we custom print and ship your order in just 1-4 business days (Mon-Fri).
On average, our US customers generally receive their orders within 2-3 business days after order shipment. Orders shipping to Canada take an average of 6-9 business days and orders shipping everywhere else arrive an average of 8-12 business days after order shipment. WHOA... THAT'S FAST! :)
Do you need your order expedited? We happily offer upgraded shipping if youre in a pinch. Just convo us with your full address, items wanted and date you need your order by. Well give you a shipping quote and push your order out the door faster than a one-legged man in a butt-kicking competition. (Okay, were actually a lot faster than that!)
*Please note that on rare occasions, some orders may be delayed an additional 1-2 days due to high volume orders during busy holiday seasons or special promotions. Although this is very rare, this may occur without notice. However, if you need your order shipped within 1-2 business days regardless, simply let us know and well try our very best to make that happen!
