waistband has top stitch detail, the skirt is gathered at the waistband, hip slip pockets, black interior lining, side zip and metal hook and bar closure.

Condition:

The skirt is in overall excellent pre-owned condition. It looks like there was an alteration; back of the waist band at the closure.
